Designing The Ducati Diavel

Ducati has posted two videos showing the thought processes involved in the creation of their new power cruiser, the Diavel.

It’s an interesting video showing how the original concept of a man ready to run, power contained then unleashed, was the inspiration.

A second video shows the technology involved at start-up and readying the bikes numerous settings for different riding experiences.  Personally I loved this for the awesome futuristic look as the bike’s systems power up, it’s all very Streethawk, but with a good bike.

The Diavel is certainly drool worthy and test rides in early 2011 should confirm the bike is in a class of its own in terms of a cruiser riding experience.  2011 has some amazing bikes heading our way, the Diavel is very near the top of the pile for the most anticipated.
